Your machine will ship from Los Angeles and is expected to be delivered within 3-10 business days. Our team will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can easily track its progress.

After your order is finalized, you’ll receive an email containing your personal login credentials for our proprietary software and mobile app (compatible with both iOS and Android devices). Shortly after, another email will provide instructions on how to connect your machine’s card reader to your bank account for seamless transactions.

Our team will send you a series of training and tutorial videos to help ensure a smooth installation. These videos cover everything you need to know about updating products and pricing, tracking inventory, and overseeing sales through our online and mobile platforms.

After your machine arrives, simply power it on and connect it to WiFi. Check out our step-by-step videos to easily configure your pricing and product settings through our software. Plus, a quick 15-minute call with our support team can help you get started smoothly.

Every Friday, your earnings will be directly deposited into your account. The amount reflects net revenue after deducting credit card processing fees (3% plus $0.20 per transaction) and a monthly cellular connectivity fee of $7.95 All of these fees are through Nayax the credit card processing company.
